We started FabScreen after watching too many placement cells run six-month campaigns on three-year-old spreadsheets. This is our attempt to give Indian higher education the operating system it deserves.
The founding conviction.
FabScreen exists because placement is not a workflow problem or a preparation problem. It is one problem, split by tools that were never designed to talk to each other. TPOs live in spreadsheets. Students live on YouTube. Recruiters live in inboxes. Nobody has the same version of the truth.
We built FabScreen to collapse that gap. Every module you use lives on one spine, so a shortlist in the ops layer is the same shortlist a student sees in prep, is the same number a director sees in the board deck.
We are engineers, ex-TPOs and campus placement veterans working out of Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad. We serve Indian institutions first, because that is the market we know, and the one that has been ignored by generic global tools for too long.
