Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the FabScreen platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
Institution administrators create and manage accounts for their staff and students. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting unauthorised access, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Institution data
Institutions retain ownership of their data. We process it in line with the Privacy Policy and any signed Data Processing Agreement. On termination, institutions may export their data within 30 days.
4. Fees and billing
Annual fees are set out in each institution's order form. Fees are exclusive of GST unless stated. Non-payment may result in suspension after prior notice.
5. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime, excluding planned maintenance and force majeure. Uptime commitments and service credits are described in the Master Services Agreement for enterprise customers.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, including software, design and content, remains the property of FabScreen. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform during your subscription.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the institution in the preceding twelve months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
